1. Order Cancellation:
   

   • If you believe you placed an order by mistake, please contact our shop immediately to request a cancellation within 24 hours.
     

    

2. No Refunds After Processing:

   • After 24 hours your order will begin processing. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is due to the fact that our products are customized based on your unique photos and made to order, and once printed, cannot be disassembled or reused.

 

1. Order Fulfillment:

   • Orders are processed and fulfilled in the order they are received to ensure fairness and efficiency.
