   I understand that this product is customized based on the photos and descriptions provided. Variations in color, alignment, or appearance may occur due to the nature of custom production.

2. Accuracy of Provided Information
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including photos, designs, and specifications. The company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted during the ordering process.

3. Production and Delivery Timeframes
   I acknowledge that production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to order volume, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances. The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

4. Intellectual Property
   I confirm that any images or designs submitted for customization do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. The company reserves the right to decline any order that may violate such rights.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
   If the product arrives damaged or defective, I must notify the company within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence. The company will review the claim and determine if a replacement or partial refund is appropriate.
